Meet Belinda Gaston

With two decades of professional experience in leadership and consulting, I have led numerous strategic initiatives that transformed organizations and empowered leaders.

As a certified coach and licensed minister holding a Master’s Degree in Public Health, I am dedicated to using my gifts for the Lord. I serve on the leadership team of my church, Spirit and Truth Worship Center, and the Lion’s Roar Prophetic Ministry. My passion for empowering others extends to my role as the host of the Graced to Lead Podcast™, where I inspire Christian women leaders to embrace their calling with confidence and authenticity, guiding their journeys with grace and purpose.

My commitment to fostering authentic and impactful leadership is deeply rooted in my own journey of finding healing and purpose. Having once lived by the expectations of others, I now use my experience to help individuals break free from limitations, discover their passions, and lead with confidence, authenticity, and grace.

I enjoy a pretty manicure, a delicious piece of chocolate, and a good
belly laugh—especially with my family! I live in Atlanta with my husband, three children, and our pet turtle, Shelltron.

I’m here to share a few life lessons that inspire, encourage, and equip you as you navigate life and leadership. I promise to be down-to-earth and transparent as I do so. Above all, my ultimate goal is to please God.

What I Believe

I believe that there is one God, eternally, in three persons:
The Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. (John 1:1-5)
Jesus Christ is both God and man. (John 1:14)
The Holy Spirit is a divine person. (John 14:26)

I believe that man is a created being,
made in the likeness and image of God,
but through Adam’s transgression and fall, sin came into the world.
(Gen. 1:27, Rom. 3:23).

I believe that even though sin came into the world,
God loved us and sent Jesus to die for us.

I believe that Salvation is a gift of God to man, separate from works, and the law is made operative by grace through faith in Jesus Christ.
(John 3:16, Eph. 2:8).

If we confess Jesus Christ openly and believe that Christ died on the cross for our sins and was raised from the dead, we can be saved.
(Rom. 10:9-10).
