Sometimes we know when it's time for a shift.
If you're anything like me, you're no stranger to that subtle ache—the one that says, “Something’s not right here anymore.” Maybe you’ve felt it lately. You’ve been showing up, doing the work, checking the boxes… but deep down, something feels misaligned.
That’s exactly what Amy Krymkowski and I unpack in Season 2 Episode 2 of The Graced to Lead Podcast.
Sometimes we know when it’s time for a shift. Other times, it sneaks up on us in the form of procrastination, exhaustion, or even dread over things we used to love. And let me tell you—those aren’t signs of failure. They’re signals that something deeper might be stirring.

In my conversation with the incredible Amy Krymkowski, we got real about what it looks like to notice the disconnect—before burnout makes the decision for us. Whether it's in your job, a leadership role, or even a relationship, ignoring that tension only prolongs the discomfort.
We’re conditioned to push through, aren’t we? Especially as women who lead. But pushing through without pausing can leave you burnt out and bitter.
Here’s the truth that set me free:
You can honor where you are… without staying stuck in it.
I had to learn that I didn’t need all the answers before taking the next step. Clarity often follows courage. And pivots aren’t betrayals of our calling—they're sometimes how we stay aligned with it.
Here’s what I’ve learned:
There’s power in giving yourself permission to:
Question what’s no longer working
Reimagine what could be possible
Make space for God's voice over the noise of “shoulds” and expectations
There’s grace in the in-between.
You’re not lazy because you’re unsure.
You’re not lost because you need a moment to think.
And you’re not broken just because the old thing doesn’t fit anymore.
You’re evolving. You’re realigning. You’re becoming.
And if you feel the nudge to pivot? This is your confirmation that it’s okay to explore that. You’re not abandoning your path—you’re deepening your walk with purpose.
With love and light,
Belinda

Reflection Questions:
What areas of my life or leadership currently feel misaligned or heavy?
What would I pursue if I trusted God to meet me with clarity after I moved?
What does a "faithful pause" look like for me this week?
